In Year 5, Chapter 3, 12 Grimmauld Place, how do I get out of the eating room? I realize that I can manage (emerge as) Kreacher through casting Imperius on him, however after that, what do I do?

I don't get the motive imperiusing Kreacher in case you get the door opener and Kreacher receives away. Plus, you can't break out in case you imperuise Kreacher. So, you essentially open the door and allow Kreacher get away. You should notice the door with the orange deal with. Kreacher cannot open it.
